Shaded Soul Band is based in Connecticut and performs anywhere in New England at Weddings, Corporate events, outdoor concerts or any place there is a party to be had. Our music spans many different decades and our repertoire includes R & B, Motown, Funk Soul, Jazz, Reggae, Swing, Rock, Pop, Disco and Top 40. Shaded Soul Band received the 2016, 2017, 2018 & 2020 Hartford Magazine Reader's Choice award in the Best Band category, the 2017, 2018, 2019 & 2020 WeddingWire Couples' Choice Award and the 2017 The Knot Best of Weddings Award.   Shaded Soul Band had the honor of being recognized in Modern Bride Magazine as one of the top bands in the nation.  We are also a prestigious Platinum Member of The Grace Ormonde Wedding Styles Magazine.  Shaded Soul Band was recently awarded the "Reader's Choice Award" from the Reverie Gallery as one of the most coveted professionals in the industry.
