On the site of an actual 1920's prohibition speakeasy, tucked beneath an ice cream store in the heart of Farmingdale Village stands Charlotte's Speakeasy. Live jazz music, delicious food, and impressive cocktails all in a beautiful historical space.

When Nick and John DeVito discovered that the building they opened a dessert shop in used to be a front for a real speakeasy, they became determined to restore it to its former glory. With the help of a brilliant contractor and a thoughtful interior designer, they've been able to transport customers to a different time while holding onto the comforts of modernity and the charm of Farmingdale, NY's Main Street. But there's plenty to love about Charlotte's aside from its rich history.
