urban's wood fired pizza

Urban's is a full service catering company offering Neapolitan style wood fired pizzas. We come to your location and set up buffet style for a true pizza party where every one has  chance to sample a broad variety of pizzas and toppings. We can feature unique toppings such as venison sausage, wild boar sausage, house made pork sausage, house made cold smoked salmon, shrimp, clams, and more, along with locally sourced , fresh vegetables, house made pickled long hots and such. We use Wisconsin Grande mozzarella cheese, Imported pecorino romano cheese, Italian tomatoes and put all these toppings on top of our own sour dough pizza crust for a combination that will make you want to keep coming back for more. We offer vegetarian and vegan options as well. 

Our offerings include salads, antipastos, soups, charcuterie trays, unique cheese trays, vegetable tray options with olives, fruit and fresh flat bread. We also make our own Belgian chocolate chip cookies. We welcome special requests!

Our two chefs have a combined 30+ years experience with one trained at the CIA in NY followed by several years experience at Le Bec Fin as a sous chef before traveling to Florida for 5 years and
