Venture Beyond Catering & Events was established by Michael J. and Julia S. Violand in Indiana in 1998. Both owners have been in the catering business for more than 30 years and together have over 925 clients. Mr. Violand is a European-trained chef who has served many notable high profile personalities, from the Redskins football team to some of Hollywood’s “glamour people”. Venture Beyond caters to both large and small groups, for example: weddings, corporate functions, social events, golf outings, picnics, gourmet catering, church gatherings, pharmaceutical catering and much, much more! We sell great food, great service, presentation of product and portion size...and we deliver it to you and set it up.
