My name is Tracy Celentano, owner and Certified Executive Pastry Chef at Madame Gâteaux.
We are a full service wedding cake, cookie favor and pastry catering bakeshop. Here, we work intimately with each couple, creating confections that express their unique vision with our classic European scratch recipes, imported chocolates and the finest ingredients. We are happy to serve customers across the entirety of Connecticut and it's surrounding states. Couples may schedule a tasting by appointment.
