Does this mean the Obergefell decision will never be overturned?? Unfortunately, no. Here at RainbowWeddingNetwork, we are not legal experts, but those lawyers we are in contact with have advised us that they did not think this particular case (with Kim Davis) would be the one SCOTUS would consider (due to the merits of the case.) However, there are other cases in the pipeline: the conservatives do have a strategy. ...But for now, there is reason to REJOICE this week's exciting victory! Obergefell, for now, stands.
