Josefina Events is a wedding planning boutique. We provided education and guidance in planning any event for our clients. Our events range from baby shower receptions to three day weekend wedding celebrations. We start as small as three months prior up to one and a half years prior to the event and customized each client needs with the services that will enhance their overall experience.
Our service may include but do not limit to the following.
- Venue and vendor research based on clients personal style and budget.
- Negotiations of vendor contracts. (exclusively for Full Planning clients)
- Create design using client’s vision.
- Create and maintain budget.
- Collaborate with all vendors to execute the event’s layouts and timeline.
- Design meeting(s) with floral, rentals and any other vendor that enhances the guest and clients experience.
- Conduct final walkthrough.
- Attend tasting with clients to insure all questions are asked and to be an advocate for our clients as we know what to ask catering to secure a seamless affair.
- Direct rehearsal with or with out officiant.
- Manage all vendors through out the planning process with accordance to their services.
