The Lesser Bear is a socially conscious company that uses natural and foraged dye materials to create beautiful ribbons and textiles, while simultaneously doing its part to engage through acts of kindness and generosity.
Our naturally dyed silk and velvet ribbons and table linens are beautifully crafted, by hand, in small batches. Each painterly ribbon, napkin or runner provides elegant glamor to your wedding, or event. The subtle color shifts created by natural dyes in combination with the soft sensual essence of silk and the luxury of velvet adds a touch of opulence to your designs.
Our social mission is to provide funds or direct donations of handmade goods to support a variety of charitable organizations, and to give back to society at least as much beauty through kindness, as we take from the natural world.
