Giveaway Terms

By submitting your personal information for entry into the Travel Giveaway, you are acknowledging agreement with the following terms:

1)  The Giveaway includes a certificate for a 3-night stay at Sunscapes Dorado Pacifico.  Some restrictions apply, not valid on holidays, land-only (airfare not included), subject to availability at time of bookings.

2)  Break Time Travel is the sponsor of this gift certificate, and is responsible for fulfilling the terms of the Giveaway as outlined.  RainbowWeddingNetwork (RWN) is in no way responsible for providing the gift certificate, the three-night stay, or any other compensation, perks or customer service associated with this Giveaway.

3)  The winner will be chosen prior to Dec. 30, 2012 and must confirm his/her acceptance of the Giveaway voucher in a timely manner, in order to fulfill the terms of the Giveaway.

4)  All information provided for participation in the Giveaway will be shared with RWN travel partner and sponsor of the giveaway: Break Time Travel.  While RainbowWeddingNetwork will not publish or otherwise share your contact information, RWN cannot be held liable for the actions of Break Time Travel with regard to the further sharing of your information.

5)  RWN may not be held liable for any default on the terms of this Giveaway, or any difficulty or injury associated with the travel or time spent at the Resort.  While RainbowWeddingNetwork understands that the participating Resort is gay-friendly, RWN may not be held liable for the actions, attitude or conduct of any staffmember associated with the Resort, nor anyone associated with the travel plans, in the fulfillment of this Giveaway.

6)  This Giveaway (gift certificate for a 3-night stay) is non-transferable and is not redeemable for any cash equivalancy.
